Pros
Great people to work with. Great interdepartmental relationships and cross-training opportunities. They provided good food and activities for Lab Week.
Cons
Terrible management. Scheduling issues, overworking techs, and grossly underpaying them. They pushed out a senior VP for wanting to help employees, hired incompetent supervisors just to fill the positions, and ignore problems that are brought up until it directly affects them. Don't even get me started on how they handled COVID.
