Pros
My 3 favorite things about Pathmatics: 1) the people - it's pretty real here. People are smart (really smart), but also humble and approachable. It's not stuffy - you can bring ideas to the discussion and leadership and peers will take you seriously. 2) the work - I have flexibility to bring value in my own way. We're solving a real industry problem for our customers. I don't hate Mondays. 3) the company trajectory - in my first year I've seen a great deal of positive shift. It's frustrating to watch companies or people repeat mistakes, but so far I've seen this business grow and improve faster than any I've seen before.
Cons
Some companies say they offer "work-life-balance", but it's real at Pathmatics. So real that it's not uncommon to have to schedule projects and deadlines around vacation schedules. Great for me sometimes. Bad for me other times =)
