Pros
The core values at Pathfinder Services are all you could ever ask for in a company. The personalities of its employees are wonderful - some really great people work here. The management at Pathfinder are a great set of people who all share a great vision for the company.
Cons
The culture, technology, and ways of thinking about business and interacting with potential customers are all severely outdated. There isn't a lot of room for new ideas, and the younger crowd tends to get stifled by the older administration. This can be really demoralizing for incoming employees.
