      Good place to learn by yourself. Various development projects and dosage forms, well structured system and SOP.

      Cons

      The company culture has changed in the last couple of years after introducing the operation excellent program by Mckanzie, the company is more focusing on operation efficiency, the numbers instead of quality, customer and own staff.
