Pros
No micromanaging but it’s because they don’t care about anything but numbers!
Cons
The integrity went down with the visible growth of greed. They expanded with little to no retention of the good employees who gave they time and energy to helping it grow. All the senior representatives and managers have left because of how poor it has become! No raises, no concerns for the employees, it’s sad!
