Pathfinder Information has a very fostering and supportive work environment. The team was highly professional, and provided great resources and information transparency to help me adjust. The management goes above and beyond in overseeing the success of their staff, and sets a strong precedent for everything from client service to work ethic and strategies. I gained valuable experience and insight working here, and would recommend anyone with a passion for helping others achieve their career goals to work here as well.

There is always work to be done and new projects to be taken on, but you have to be very self motivated and reach out to different people and resources to get them completed. There is no hand holding in the program, and you will only go as far as you strive to go.

PathFinder Information has a really great workplace culture. Management tries to make things fun with birthdays, anniversaries, and contests with "experience" prizes. Prizes have included things like concerts, ice rink tickets and dinner, horseback riding, etc. Staff suggest what the next experience should be. There's also paid incentives on top of the base pay to try and increase staff productivity. These incentives have been adjusted over time so that people with different functions- resume writers, sales people, client engagement, all have a chance to earn incentive pay. Management is very open about suggestions to improve things, and they're very approachable and friendly, even when things get crazy busy.

Not really a downside, but may be difficult for the wrong personality, is that PathFinder is always busy and pushing to expand capacity. The sales office can get pretty exciting!
