Pros
We have a small team that works hard and we take care of each other. I appreciate feeling appreciated by my Manager & the Executive Team. Not every company will offer that that level of support! path has a great team! Entrepreneurial & lots of opportunity for growth! Management recognizes different strengths/weaknesses from employees to create roles that fosters growth for both the employee and the company!
Cons
With any growing company, comes growing pains. Some processes do require manual reconciliations and some systems may not be fully integrated which can make some processes cumbersome and/or inefficient. But the team recognizes this and is working to make the required improvements.
