None really. You get a van to drive.

Patch master is a franchise, and working for them depends on the franchisee. My experience was, my employer didn’t know anything about drywall. He was FIRED from his corporate job and bought onto a franchise he knew nothing about. After competing the few jobs he had. He went almost a month without work then tried to tell me he needed someone with more experience in drywall. I’ve worked drywall for over a decade. And ran level 5 drywall for a major painting company. After most of the jobs the customers spent time telling me how enjoyable it was to have me in there home and even asked if I could work without the company. (Which I regretfully turned down) I would emphasize that if you work for this company do not work for the Oakland county one. There’s a real lack of work and accountability. Please avoid this company at all costs.
