Pros

This is the type of company that regularly sends out gifts and offers raises to employees. They make good 401k contributions, and the medical insurance is covered by the company. It's pretty good insurance too. The cost of insurance for dependents is minimal. The job itself is pleasant. I work at home. Lots of PTO and wiggle room to balance out work and life, plus you get to work for a company with good social and environmental values. Paid activism time is offered if there's volunteer work you'd like to do (can be done with any organization of your choosing.)

Cons

If you have never worked from home before, there can be a bit of a learning curve to it, but if you can self-motivate and stay on track, this is not an issue.
