Pros
Good perks, free food, company wide training, good benefits. Great team members.
Cons
Very corporate structure with cliquey ELT, lots of burnout, secretive plans, very little transparency, inability to know where you are being placed during the application process, impossible labor and revenue goals with little time to complete admin work in addition to daily operations, very poor distribution of labor between store management, overworked and understaffed employees, touted quality ingredients when not the case, favoritism cast by upper management, a company presented in extreme social niceties when at its core it’s just money making machine. Lots of turn over with a revolving door of internal problems. High stress job with little tools or resources to aleve it but you’ll still receive all the blame. Lots of snakes in the grass.
