      The team and company outings were great And the product in itself is excellent

      Cons

      Unexistent HR - even after they employed someone in the role - they fired their disabled employees one after the other, after refusing reasonable accomodations.

      - Great work-life balance - Challenging but rewarding work - Great ownership & management - Plenty of opportunities for professional development & building a network in the legal industry

      - Not many... May not be the best environment for someone in their first job who prefers constant guidance and structured tasks, as a degree of independence is expected.
