I've never worked with such an amazing crowd - everyone is super knowledgeable about the work, supportive, happy to assist in any way, but also rocking it privately by being good quality people. Also, I've never worked in a start-up before, but I really hope all of them are like Passendo - transparent, engaging, flexible, and people-oriented. + I feel like my work is valued, appreciated and I see every feedback as an opportunity for me to grow further. + Our Belgrade office is stunning and the location is great. You can get café quality coffee with a pretty view, too. I am extremely happy to have been offered an opportunity to work at Passendo. The best place to learn, grow and have a bit of fun :)

My experience at Passendo it has been so far a significant career journey and growth. The trust and support I receive from my colleagues and management team it is an important contributor in my professional development and personal as well feeling valued, appreciated and encouraged to grow. Working in such a creative, fun and professional environment it is a great motivation for me to dedicate myself entirely to the growth of the team and bring the best solutions to the table.
