      - Fun environment - Incredible coaching by founders & mentors - Learning community - Encouraged to try out / learn things even if you fail - Great team & colleagues - Generous stock option plan if wanted - Events with the team - Low hierarchies The company has the craziness of a startup with the discipline of a mature company that recognizes the impact they are having.

      Cons

      This is a fast-moving startup, so work times are a lot sometimes. But we're all invested in the future of our company, so the upside can be amazing. The food is good, but could be better.
