Challenging KPIs and Low Job Security - Recruitment Pasona Group Employee Review

I worked at the Thailand office, and this review reflects my experience there. The KPIs are set very high compared to the salary, and the standards are inconsistent across employees. The competition is intense. The office is crowded, with many people but limited seating. It is very difficult to pass the probation period, and anyone who fails to meet the KPI may be terminated immediately,without notice. Job security is very low.
