Central London Great company culture if you know the right employees Beautiful area at Blackfriars Great BIM coordination depending on the team

Unsure work - not permanent roles are offered, they keep hiring people when your contract is over without making you permanent, even if the reviews were very good and satisfactory. No decent drinks like coffee or water are offered to the employees, HR are not nice treating their employees Salaries are very low They keep hiring architects basing their offer on a Revit test instead of professional experience and results ignoring more important factors

Very friendly, knowledgeable team, flexible working, good opportunities to learn.

Cons

No real perks common in other architectural practices. No good coffee, no insurance, no bonuses, no buying extra holidays, not much of a social atmosphere. Two tier workforce with many on continuing short term contracts.
