Pros

-not micromanaged -small office -convenient location -work for some elite companies/people in Chicago -good resume builder -good place to start to get industry connections

Cons

-they pay awful -horrible benefits (no 401 K, no flex accnt, expensive insurance) -no HR department ( owners are HR so they can get away with anything) -unorganized production -they always find a way to take back commission, not give raises -if they want you gone they treat you bad enough so you quit so they don't have to pay unemployment

Pros

- On a one-to-one person, the people are rather good to get alone with. - Plenty of OT during the summer for those working hourly. - Can see your work schedule on iPhone. - No real checking on I9

Cons

- No winter work unless you in a "clique." - Pays IL minimum wage for entry level. Competing company's pay way more for entry level - If you are not proficient in Latin America Spanish then you will be lost and left behind. - Not the type of job for a person who is either married, has kids, or even a girl/boy friend. - HR is off-site, so like none.
