Great benefits, a positive work atmosphere, and cool perks (like bagel Mondays, contests, company events, and awards) made Partsearch a wonderful place to work.

The salaries at Partsearch were not in line with the industry, but this was minor when benefits and environment were considered. Unfortunately, Partsearch is currently no longer operating its Kingston facility - hopefully whatever rises from the ashes will be half as great as the original.

Spirited teams are focused on doing their jobs, focused on growth and the bottom line.

Management is not really sure what they are doing; lots of micromanaging going against our real ends.
