You must have a lot of self-drive to be successful here. Management gives you the tools and resources you need but the implementation of these tools is fully up to you on how you use them.

No health benefits. Micromanaging CEO (believes that his ideas are the only ones that are valid). Strange business practices (withholding information from customers). Not a great work life balance. Not flexible (everyone must show up and leave at the same time). Old-school style of business practices. False promises to employees (telling them things in the interview/hiring promises that do not actually happen). Low salaries. No incentives to stay at the company. No stock options (its a tiny startup company, this should be standard).
