Pros

While no one will take you out for lunch for your birthday, there are a few really nice people to work with and only a small handful of true jerks. A couple of really great folks amazingly still there, not laid off.

Cons

Revolving door. No trust. Horrible data migration system support- management tried to cut corners to save costs, no user beta testing. What, the website, email, and/or phone system is down again?! How do you let that happen over and over? Many departments lead by 1 individual. Upper management is intimidated by a handful of long-tenured folks who block progression. You keep laying off people who were hired in the past 3yrs who can fix this business. A lot of praise and power are given to those who are drowning the business with inefficiencies. No 401k.

Pros

Great pay with opportunities to make more with the right mind set and work ethic. Great benefits package! The people you get to work with are fantastic as well. Open door policy is really true can walk right into the CEO's office and have a conversation about anything. Great management across the board. Paid time off and easy to work with when it comes to using it.

Cons

The only limitation with Parts Now is the career advancement opportunity is not really there but it is something they are working to fix. Other than that Parts Now is a great company to work for.

Pros

About 6 weeks ago a new CEO was put into place, things are so much better than they used to be. People are being promoted and the right staff is finally in the right roles. There's a lot to be done but the company is finally on the right path - rewarding people and lifting morale and truly caring about customers.

Cons

There's still work to be done, however if you enjoy making a difference at a grass-roots level this is your opportunity to shine. It's fast-paced and no two days are the same. There are still a few nay-sayers but I find that to be true at all companies. Some people are better left ignored.
