Pros
Easy work, little to no actual management of projects, flexible to a point of insanity. Great place to settle when you have no other options. :)
Cons
No investment in the people. Toxic atmosphere. No room for advancement. The handbook title should be "Different Rules for Different Fools" ... and there are way too many rules. The benefits are a joke! Many people have left because they couldn't afford to insure their family there. As another reviewer mentioned... it's a boys club.... where no one's opinion matters and where experience and common sense are ignored.
