As with many shared services environments, workloads can be high during peak periods and priorities can shift quickly. However, continued investment in our current systems and process automation has helped improve efficiency and reduce manual work. Ultimately it can be challenging at times, but the experience gained and the support from people leaders and other team members help make these challenges manageable.

The people in this business make the difference, they put the children in our care at the heart of every decision, which ensures they are safe, happy and fulfilled every single day. I genuinely love my job, the challenges it brings to improve every day but also the rewards of working in such a lovely place.
