As an organization, Partnership with Children is more concerned with bending over for the Department of Education and keeping their funding than actually providing effective services and treating their employees with dignity and respect. Because of the management, the mission of wanting to provide services to those in need is lost. They are bullies and constantly threaten their employees with termination.
