      Pros

      The actual employees (e.g., technicians, rehab, front desk) are incredible. They really care about the learners.

      Cons

      The owners make bank on the clinic though staff frequently beg for more support and resources, and instead of providing that support they rather continue to have a high turn-over rate.

      Not easy to accrue pto and it is not separate from sick time.
