Low pay. Seasoned and new employees get burnt out quickly. Constant reorganization of the facility which interrupts consistency for staff and clients. Really difficult to use PTO since it is accrued at a low rate. Long time employees have been asking upper management for better pay and a better PTO system for years - any changes that are made are very small and very slow. Lunches and breaks are regularly interrupted because of the nature of the job. 15 minute breaks are allowed, but have consequences (having to fill out extra paperwork due to billing requirements).
