As you pointed out, our clients and therapists are great and the work we do here at Partners is life-changing. The turnover rate for this industry is high, and Partners is below the average. We care about all staff, and have continued to add in new ways to show this. We take safety concerns very seriously, so if you feel there is anything unsafe occurring please report this to your Center Manager so we can address it right away.
