      -Positive coworkers -Quality ABA training -Supervision for BCBA certification is offered

      -Management is sometimes inconsistent -Feedback is not always offered as immediately as desired -Not a lot of opportunity to grow (this may have changed though)

      Dear Former BT, I appreciate you taking the time to leave this review, and for recognizing the positive attitudes of our employees and training/supervision that we provide. We just released a new structure for our Behavior Therapist positions that offers new compensation rates, as well as an outline for advancement opportunities.       Not easy to accrue pto and it is not separate from sick time.
