      Pros

      Flexible work schedule. Good support from processing. Good place to work for an experienced referral based loan officer.

      Cons

      Lack of structured marketing and database managment. Company wants to provide "world class service", but it is up to the loan officer to make it happen. No support for new loan officers. If you are not experienced with a sourse of leads, this is not the place for you.

      Pros

      There are too many to list, but here are some important highlights: honest, transparent, supportive, understanding, flexible, competitive... The people at Partners are willing to teach, and willing to learn. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
