Pros

The work is rewarding if you interact with the people supported.

Cons

Site managers are overworked and under paid. If you work in the corporate office, you’ll find favoritism and an unsettling sense of superiority. Corporate leadership is not in touch with what is happening at the subsidiary sites. Nor do they seem to care as the corporate office gets heavier with new made-up positions.
