Pros

Partners employees are also employees of The Walt Disney Company and enjoy the same benefits.

Cons

1) Good luck actually becoming an employee of Partners Federal Credit Union. Many staff members are actually contractors who serve upwards of 18 months with the company before being considered for a permanent position. Even then, they are required to submit a resume and interview with others who have applied from outside for the position they are currently in. 2) If you are competent in your work, prepare to be respectfully ignored. Management displays all of the telltale habits of incompetence: bias against action, secrecy, over-sensitivity, failure to prioritize, preference for weak candidates, focus on small tasks, allergy to new ideas, long hours, addiction to consultants, etc. 3) The only way to get promoted seems to be to transfer out of the credit union into another part of Disney.

Pros

Disney benefits are just about it.

Cons

CEO is someone of no character and completely untrustworthy. Not truthful at all. Current executive leadership is a vast departure from the previous under the former CEO. These were people of character and integrity. Now it's a bunch of "yes" people. Key senior people that have large spans of control are narcissistic and have driven people into therapy and eventually they have left due to the toxic environment. Numerous allegations of ageism from individuals let go. Serious questions about ethics given this is a financial institution. It's sad. This was once a great place to work.
