Laid back environment. Comfortable work setting and schedule

No lead support or assistance with generating leads. Must cold call with hours and hours of talk time.

None whatsoever. Easily one of the worst companies I have ever worked for.

A few things: 1. Leif lied to me about what my starting base salary would be (Strike One) 2. There was zero training provided. (Strike Two) 3. The CRM is at least two decades out of date. (Strike Three) 4. The obsession with "talk time" is absurd. It's hard to converse with someone when they have been contacted by your colleagues hundreds of times before you. 5. All of the leads in the CRM are old and have been jaded by the constant contact
