Pros
The work culture is really great. The team is entirely focused on the customers first. The mostly-remote office hours are flexible enough to balance great work with a happy life. They are building inventive products that work, and the constant stream of encouragement from happy users and partners fuels the drive to build more and improve performance at every level.
Cons
The typical growing pains of small startups that do great things: reactionary priorities and focus routinely shift faster than the resources at hand can deliver. This is not unusual for small companies but it will require some adjustment for anyone without experience in small tech startups.
