Management Could use some improvement - Associate Actuary PartnerRe Employee Review

- I was never ever really able to figure out the communication structure in the company, especially when there was an issue/conflict, I can't say it was clear how to go about it. - I'm not sure its the best starting point for someone starting out - There seems to be too stringent policies around budget to hire additional resources even when there is an evident need. So team ends up overwhelmed - If you're looking to work with a group of people involved with the broader industry and grander vision for impact beyond work, may not be the best bet (nothing wrong with this to each their own).
