      co-workers are helpful and lovely to work with

      Cons

      company doesn't value their employees in the slightest, particularly those driving the programs forward. Multiple new upper-level management hires and bonus' for existing VPs without raises, promotions, or opportunities for growth for team members working on the accounts.

      - nice team members, my direct manager was kind - work/life balance was decent

      Cons

      - Leadership team is not driving effective strategy and has a biased view of team member performance and contributions to the company - Zero communication on critical updates that directly impact the team, leaving most of us in the dark - A lot of favoritism and for such a small company, there are a lot of politics in between departments and teams. - Growth trajectory and professional development are not prioritized
