Pros
-good office location, i guess.
-great medical benefits, for now.
-number of leave credits (annual, medical, family medical, etc) is a LOT higher than other companies.
-neither a pro or con. at the end of the day, its still a job.
Cons
-company has lost its direction and strategy since the new CEO.
-everyone is just floating and waiting for the opportunity to leave, people are taking turns answering job interviews.
-company culture is just for show and very shallow.
-a lot of people think they know what they're doing. nope. they do not.
