      Pros

      - An inspiring atmosphere with fellow enthusiastic creatives who strive to do the best work they can. - Great environment for interns too; you can learn so much about all aspects of pre and post production. Ideal for levelling up your skills. - Diverse range of projects to work on, so each week is different. - Hybrid/remote working. - A fun, inclusive team with a CEO who genuinely cares about each employee and their personal growth.

      Cons

      - While I was there our hours were 10am -6pm which didn't work so well for me as well, but that's the only con I can think of!

      Pros

      Working for and with the Founder/CEO, Eline, was a great experience. I found her to be receptive to feedback with a vision for where she wanted to take the company. She demands excellence - attention to detail and professionalism. The team at the time was small, nimble and scrappy. And, nice to to work with! Lots of opportunities to pitch ideas and take ownership of tasks and projects. Work/Life balance was attainable, which isn't true at most places. Given the circumstances (fully remote, COVID, being an Indie ProdCo without the resources of bigger companies), P6 definitely punched above its weight. I liked that ideas were welcome from even the most junior staffers.

      Cons

      Being fully remote during COVID was tough. This seems to have changed since then. The pay wasn't the best, but you don't go work for an Indie ProdCo for money.
