Dedicated people (not management). Company still has a name in the market despite its current situation of so many people who have left

Management is condescending, lacking any clear direction and only care about a bottom line, key people and positions are dropping like flies and are not being replaced . People are overwhelmed and overworked. They make money only because of market demand
