No company is perfect. But generally I really enjoy working at Particle. A few cons are * inconsistent about holding accountability for underperformance * inconsistent enablement on internal updates as well as outside things like development/sales/leadership trainings

I enjoyed working here. It was a fun startup. The industry is a killer though.

It takes a really long time for a customer to build a product and that pushes out revenue. For a VC-funded startup, this really hurts the business model. They need funding to build stuff, but aren't showing the growth and traction that a pure software company might see.
