Pros
We have 2 days off. (In our country, most companies just have one day off.) We have a game room. It has a fair work time. The environment is mostly positive. Our team (agile coaches) are highly motivated and seeking to learn new stuff and grow.
Cons
The payment is low. We don't have job secure here. At any moment you might get fired without any specific reason. (I haven't seen such a thing, an old employee said this to me.
