There is no clear income statement so no ones exactly knows what is his salary and why each month some amount is reduced from his cash! monthly salary! So be careful, if you plan to go there, don't trust any one and watch out.

Awful micro management. In teems of what they promise as future bonus, commission or any additional payment, they are big liars! BTW don't forget you have to go to work every day no matter if it is a weather red alert or even country wide holiday!
