Poor communication, poor staff treatment, poor rewards, poor salaries, expectation to do 10 hour days, lack of compassion, micro management, passive aggressive, senior managers are a bunch of bullies who reep all the perks that the teams below have given everything to push through and publish on time. Biggest staff turnover I have EVER seen and HR just do nothing about it.
