Very good company to work for

Honestly can’t think of anything negative

Some employees seemed like good people.

Look into ESOPs before you decide to work here. My superior said they had a hard time keeping people in the position. Wonder why? I knew this wasn't the company for me when my superior and their sidekick trash talked the HR employee (who was the first person to leave a good impression on me) the first week at a team lunch. Also bragged about firing someone a different time. Superior was unprofessional, domineering, condescending, overly critical, little willingness to bother training, impatient, acted highly annoyed when you seek clarity/double check, expected literal mind reading. Claimed I would get overwhelmed and that it takes 6 mos. to train on the position, then criticized me that I didn't have everything down in the 2nd week. That attitude is probably due to superior's lack of other real world experience and lack of empathy for others. Sidekick fell in line and kept giving me mean looks (bullying endorsed by superior since it also occurred in front of her). My former position was much more complicated than this one. This type of toxic environment just sets people, and the company, up for failure. Hence why I cleared my desk. It's just not a good look.
