Not a good experience with IT Department - Anonymous employee Parma Community General Hospital Employee Review

It was a fine place to work.

There were no cons in my opinion.

The benefits package is ok and co-workers tend to get along well on the floor. Most of the MD's are decent enough to work with.

I did not like the fact that I got floated to other departments frequently. It would be hit or miss when floating what kind of assignment one would get, and staff on certain floors were less than helpful.
