Pros
1. Its a big brand, absolutely no doubt on the same 2.Its 100% Indigenous, for anyone who has spent a career in MNC's, this is 100% Indian organization. 3.Has very many employees who have spent their entire career in the organization, thats a rarity in today's world 4. The chairman is hands-on, he is a visionary and there is no doubt on the same, probably the only Chairman i have noticed who interacts regularly with employees
Cons
1. The promoters are hands-on, this means employees need to match their speed in a very limited time, this is assiduous and leads to altercations, leaving frustrated and lost employees (atleast new ones) 2. Trust deficit from promoters end on outside professionals 3. IT systems are geriatric 4. The old and long timer employees are always hiding information and extremely slow, some of them have never seen the outside world so are doing the maximum damage to a good organization 5. Discipline is missing but fear is prevalent. 6. Very few knowledgeable professionals at top position.
