Great benefits and perks, team members are hard working and communicate well with one another.
Cons
Upper management constantly doles out hollow promises that don't come to fruition, put bandaids on problems rather than truly fixing them. Frustrated staff try their best to work with what they have and often end up burning out and quitting.
