      Pros

      This company has been employing locals for over 20 years. They are thoroughly invested in supplying jobs to people who love nature and outdoors while maintaining standards of conservancy in our local environments. The chance to work outdoors and live in places that people not only vacation but put on their bucket lists is phenomenal. Day to day interaction with people traveling and enjoying themselves. I love hearing peoples stories, what drew them to this area and how they are loving their journey.

      Cons

      This is a lifestyle job, if you are looking for top compensation you would be better suited in a major city.

      This company cares about it's employees and provides opportunities for growth. If you care about nature and other people's ability to enjoy, this is the place to be.

      The starting pay is minimal, you have to prove your commitment to the company's vision, "Steward of the Land and a Servant to the People."

      Beautiful locations and great guests.

      The worst f’ing company in the industry. Owners and management are complete disasters. Most unprofessional company I have worked for. All equipment is broken, trucks are not inspected nor run safely. Generators, solar, weed whackers, lawnmowers, water infrastructure all broken. No support from management. Nothing but lies upon lies. Which is why they are losing all of their contracts with USFS which despises PMC along with Rangers and Game Wardens.
