Makes for a strong core team. - The company has strong relationships with the most innovative companies in tech. In research, you get pretty amazing opportunities to interact with executives. Extremely satisfying to have these executives use your research to make their strategic decisions. - Relatively flexible work hours/work-at-home policy. - Very transparent about the business side of things -- you know if things are going well or not going well.

- Turn-over makes for instability; need to roll with the punches - Pay is decent for Dallas; won't match expectations of those coming from larger markets.
