The pay is great, this is the only attribute

Poor management/owner. Their favourite colleagues get all the best ares where you can make the most money, easy picking areas whereas others get dumped with the rough areas where you are scared to even drive to let alone stick a ticket in the car. I have witnessed people be treated very unfairly here. Even the ticketers turn on each other to get the sack because of jealousy. This is what management do to the foot soldiers that actually bring in the money, they make them turn on each other think the reward would be a good area. They take advantage that you are ‘self employed’ but this is only for their benefit so you pay your own tax. Otherwise they want you to work 6 days a week and you are made to feel you have to do this as otherwise you will not be given good areas and not earn enough money. They employ young girls in the office as the owner likes young girls.

This is a company that truly cares about it's employees. I've been with the company for over 2 and a half years at this point and I would not consider leaving. They pay over the living wage, and in fact have recently spoken with our employee forum group about the cost of living crisis, and the results of the meeting resulted in a company wide raise to ensure that employees were taken care of during this time.

The main negative of working here is that you do have to deal with angry people on the phone from time to time due to the nature of our work.
