      There are amazing employees that work there.

      Cons

      Executive leadership is top heavy and the rest of the organization is thin especially in Monroe Internal management is ok but they have no structure and are more focused on the title than the actual work that comes with it. The employees are not cared for or looked after.

      Bad management, too much red tape, no budget. Hard to get things done. Lots of price increases and lack of customer focus.
