Pros

This company is absolutely amazing. Being in a sales position is always hard because of what you do, your actual job is filled with ups and downs but knowing you have an entire company backing you up will make you want to put in 120% everyday! Everyone has welcomed me with open arms and are always willing to help support me. Everyone wants me to be successful and will take the time to coach with in their own special ways. ParkM understands everyone has a family of their own and strives to break away from the corporate norms to give you a health work/life balance. So as I stated in my headline, if I ever leave ParkM it will be because of the sales position and my job description not because of anything my supervisor or ParkM does.

Cons

I cannot think of any cons at this time. Everyone is so helpful and will guide me to the correct person when I have any questions.

Pros

ParkM is an amazing place to work at. The pay is great and the culture is even better - everyone genuinely enjoys working together. I never feel guilty about taking time off or logging off at a reasonable hour to spend time with family. Leadership is available and transparent and values feedback. We're focused on doing one thing really well instead of trying to be everything to everyone. We solve apartment parking challenges. Honestly couldn't be happier at ParkM.

Cons

Start up companies have challenges but the proper systems are in place to scale Nationally. Depending on your location, work can feel like you are on an island and you have very little supervision. National sales reps are encouraged to participate in weekly calls to feel plugged into the central office. Being a self starter is crucial.
