team environment, great management, encouraging, and room for growth

I didnt see myself in this position very long term but nonetheless it was a great college job

I cannot think of a single one

Did not care about their employees, would fire entire teams without warning or reason, upper management constantly gossips about all levels of employees, employees that are working hard are punished if leading numbers aren’t doing good, will fire managers if they feel like it’s not leading fast enough, will fire you with zero warning or reason and not offer severance package. Upper management is unkind and disrespectful. There is no clear instruction or order to how the properties are run, and it is entirely up to a bunch of kids they put in charge, most of which have no idea how to run a property so it’s always a mess. The properties themselves are rushed and thrown together last minute so things are constantly breaking and falling apart. Upper management will try to manipulate you into thinking you will be promoted with no real intention behind it. If you do choose to work for this company DO NOT believe them when they mention any future promotion until you have the contract in front of you because they are always dangling a carrot above your head in order to get you to work hard. Even though it is a smaller company you are still just a number to them even if you uproot your life.
